It may not be on the water, but this house is just steps away from everything in this peaceful fun town of Suttons Bay! Walk to the marina, public beach, dinner or a movie (only 0.3 mile to beach). 1 level house on quiet side street. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8.

1 California King, 1 Super Queen, 2 Twins, and a sofabed. Cable TV, VCR, WiFi. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Wider doorways and halls.

Outside, tennis and basketball courts (b-balls and tennis rackets included) are just across the yard. Check out the water wheel park which the little ones will love. Enclosed rear porch and small covered porch on the front of the house. This charming village offers quiet streets to stroll down, hills to hike and water everywhere. Walk to the vintage Bay Theater for a movie or to one of the many restaurants for dinner. Easy drive into downtown Traverse City. Head 5 miles north to the Leelanau Sands casino. 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Close to many of the great Leelanau wineries.

The Mi Casa house was great! We loved it! Suttons Bay is a great town with much to offer while on vacation. The house was the perfect size for 2 couples and very cute. The only down sides were that the house could have been cleaner, dishes were dirty,
items were there from previous guests, and some trash hadn't been taken out. Also, there was no propane in the unit for the grill and we were told we'd have to pay $15 to fill it and leave it for future guests. But overall it was a great stay!

It would be helpful if checkout time was 11 a.m. They weren't sure of checkout time, and they assumed the standard 11 a.m. The place was an older home but very conveniently located and well-kept. It was a good spot for the family. The kids liked the proximity to the beach and ice cream shop.

Generally my stay was very nice. It was very close to downtown and accessible to the local attractions. The inside of the house was very nice and clean with decent furniture. The outside furniture could have been improved as being up there in the summer and spending a majority of our time outside. The outside ground was very over grown and could have used some trimming up. Also, I did not like the fact that they decided to cut the grass during my stay. With being there only a week, this could have been done just prior to me checking in and again after checkout! Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would return again.

  WE will look at getting new outdoor furniture. Regarding mowing we do our best to have things done on departure but at times we have to mow during a reservation.

Have rented a number of vacation places, and for a rental, the cottage was more than reasonably clean at check-in. It was a winter stay so this unlikely to apply to many, but the plow service would not shovel around the walkway/entries, and the agent didn't seem to motivated to follow-up on our two requests. This limited property access somewhat. The property owners are very nice and cleaned out the snow one day on their own. The agent also did not respond to our request to upgrade the television service. Not a big deal but...
Overall, excellent location and well maintained and supplied for a rental. Would definitely rent it again!

My daughter was getting married near Suttons Bay. It rained for her rehearsal and "picnic" following, as well as her beach ceremony. The house provided us shelter for our picnic, with plenty of tables, a huge grill, a garage and back porch. Wonderful kitchen facilities allowed me to cook for a brunch, the day following the wedding. It actually turned out to be a perfect weekend (except for the rain), and the house was a BIG FACTOR. We couldn't have been more pleased!

I had never used your service before..I was very impressed. The home was nicer than I thought it would be and was very conducive to our needs. We came for a wedding - tough getting 7 people ready for an event like this but everything was perfect! Thank you! I will definately be using you again if we return to the Suttons Bay/Traverse City area.
