  Enjoyed our stay at this home with two small dogs. House is old and charming but needs some work. However, the house was very clean and the location was ideal near downtown.

  The location was great. The only problem was the lock on the back door. It would have been easier if a garage door opener was left b/c you had to use the house key to open the garage door. The house next door was odd, a little scary, but made for some good stories.

  We had a wonderful time. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs with us and know they were safe in the yard. The location was wonderful; close to the water and downtown shops.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Cloud 9 and are likely to be back in the future. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City and brewery district as well as the beach if you don't mind a couple extra blocks. Beautiful backyard with koi pond and waterfall! Perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the AM or glass of wine in the PM. Very close drive to many local wineries, shops, parks, etc. Dog friendly, too! Only thing to note is no AC (at least we couldn't find it) so it can get warm, but plenty of windows and fans help to cool things down. Quiet residential street - feels like home away from home.

  I like the property, although I was disappointed that the property we originally rented (reserved) became unavailable. This was a very nice home. Good enough for three couples, although if the twin bed in the third bedroom were switched out for at least a full/queen, it would make it more ideal for three couples. That was the only disappointing factor.

  Other than the cleaning issue, (per our phone calls) we loved the house! Everything was as described on the website! Had I arrived to a cleaner house, I don't think the road construction would have been a big issue, it's just that I started out on the wrong foot.I would provide empty upper cabinets, or a shelf unit in kitchen for guests groceries. Brighter lighting options throughout house for those grey, rainy days, (the house can be very dark, almost depressing). I would organize pots and pans cabinets better, providing more silverware, less italian bakeware. Paint the interior of the lower cabinets a light color. They are so dark, they appear dirty and maybe buggy. Yuk! Simple things that would erase any negatives, about this property. I left cash tip in envelope on counter with Traci's name on it, plz verify with her that she got it! Thanks!
